Sierra Pacific Group (SPG) partnered with Terminal B to review and optimize their finance module, integrating ConnectWise Manage with QuickBooks to improve invoicing, agreement setup, and procurement processes.
For over 15 years, Terminal B has serviced Central Texas businesses with vital desktop support, data center ops, and end-to-end infrastructure consulting and management. After outgrowing their existing accounting system setup, Terminal B trusted SPG to conduct a much-needed overhaul.
Sierra Pacific Group initially collaborated with Terminal B on a ConnectWise to QuickBooks Integration Project. These projects are tailored for busy IT/MSP companies using the ConnectWise PSA system and QuickBooks, but haven't fully optimized their features, leveraged automation, or configured the tools according to established Proven Process.
Upon completion of the project, Terminal B maintained their partnership with SPG by purchasing Block-Time. This service enabled Terminal B to continue working with SPG as needed.
